SLESS is an AI-powered expense tracking application for iOS. The App allows users to track expenses through natural language input, manage budgets, and sync data across devices.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features like CloudKit sync, you must sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SLESS offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscription prices are displayed in the App
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Disclaimer

SLESS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is a tool for personal expense tracking and should not be relied upon as the sole source of financial record-keeping.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
